(As an aside, I know some of you can't make the timing of the call. That's totally fine! There will be lots of opportunities to get to know the members in other ways.)
I'm finalizing the agenda for the kickoff call today, but to give you an idea, we won't be doing the usual "go around the room and say your name, where you're from, and your business" boring intros we're all used to. We're going to go deep right from the start with more thought-provoking discussion. And I don't know about you, but I'm sick of small talk anyway!
