But the whole time I was enjoying the sun, an idea was brewing. I've been wanting a completely new project to get my hands dirty, to test my business skills, expand my creative expression, and bring movement back into my life. So, in September, The Valkinna was born. We're currently a small group of warrior women, getting stronger together each week, one pushup
and one gathering at a time. In the background, I'm turning it into a global, online community filled with ritual, deep connection, and magic.
More details coming soon for those who are interested, but for now we can reflect on the lessons I'm re-learning yet again after more than a decade and several businesses later. Namely, the self-doubt never seems to go away. No matter how many years I have under my belt, no matter how many
projects, self-doubt creeps back in every time I do something new. I should come to expect it by now, and I guess in a way I do, but it doesn't stop me from wishing it away. I have to keep reminding myself that it's there to teach me lessons and make me pay attention to things I might otherwise overlook. (More on that in future emails)
Coaching is still dear to my heart, and the main work I do in
the world, but that is evolving, too. After a break from it over the summer, I've decided to publicly offer something I've only ever privately offered: done-with-you working calls (no fancy name yet). What I noticed with clients was that they have a hard time actually doing the work we talk about in our calls. So I started to wonder - why don't we do the work together? Working through client onboarding, revising client agreements, creating content outlines, writing a
manifesto...these are all things I've gotten on a call with someone and actually worked on in real time. But I never talk about it!
If you're someone who is stuck on a project and can't get yourself to sit down and work on it, let's talk. It might look like one long call to get a bigger project done, or several short calls for ongoing weekly accountability. Either way, I can type while you talk, I
can ask prompting questions to help you keep moving, or whatever you need to make progress.
Let's hop on a call and talk about what you need, then we can create a package and call cadence that makes sense for your project. And I promise it won't cost a fortune. Use this link to book a
call.
That's all for today, but you can expect to hear from me more often than every 4 months again moving forward. I've missed you! I have to tell you all about a friend's new book, navigating starting a strange new business idea, and so much more.
In the meantime, tell me what you're celebrating these days! What have you been working on that you're proud of? I would
truly love to hear.
Have a wonderful day,
Stephanie Wasylyk
